RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you love our riding range, but if you do wish to return your items please follow the instructions below.

Returns

Please email canterandco@gmail.com to register your return. We will need your order number and the email address you used when placing the order. You will receive a reply with the return details.


You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable, please obtain proof of postage as we will not be responsbile for any items lost in the post.


Please ensure the items are returned in the original/suitable packaging as damaged items will not be accepted.


If you wish to make a return you will need to do so within 14 working days of the delivery date.

Your order must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it and your order must be in the original/suitable packaging. All returns will be inspected and you will receive an email to notify you if your return has been accepted.

You will be refunded on to the same payment method you used to purchase within 7 working day of us receiving the items.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunatly we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to return your item for a different size, you must repurchase the correct size via the website.
